Call Center Services

We can answer your calls in general. We will use scripts provided by you to answer any specific questions. If a question arises that requires more in-depth answers, then we can transfer the call to your in-house team to continue the conversation. We can continue to respond to more in-depth questions as the knowledge has been disseminated to our team. We can answer in-bound calls and make out-bound calls. We generally use soft-phones upon the inception of our relationship. Once the relationship is solid and if additional team members are required, then we can move to VoIP desktop phones.
